We stand behind our work. Refunds aren't a thing we have to worry about often, because if something's made right the first time it won't need to be fixed. If we screw up, we'll fix it for you or offer a full refund.
Except in case of seller error (wrong letter, wrong color, etc.), monogrammed or otherwise custom-embroidered goods are final sale, as they cannot be re-sold. In case of seller error, we will gladly send out a replacement free of charge within 3-5 business days for handkerchiefs and masks or within 3-4 weeks for poi and blankets. We do not charge a restocking fee for returnable items.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you have questions or would like to return. If a return is necessary, we will credit the amount due upon receipt of the goods. For your peace of mind, we suggest sending your order back with tracking. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
