Refund policy

Refunds aren't something we have to worry about often, because if something's made right the first time it won't need to be fixed. However, sometimes mistakes happen, and if we screw up (wrong letter, wrong color, etc.) we'll fix it or give a full refund. Custom embroidered goods that are correct in all particulars are non-returnable.
